The Executive Chefs at Simon Lee Bakery have over 35 years of combined experience, giving them the ability to create a beautifully unique cake for your special day.
On the day of your wedding, we will bake your bridal cake using on the freshest and finest ingredients. Then our Executive Pastry Chef will uniquely decorate it with fresh buttercream, hand-molded purge sugar flowers, gumpaste flowers for a more elaborate look or with elegant white chocolate flowers.
The day of your reception, your cakes will be delivered and set up at your reception by the Chef who created it, at no extra charge.
Utilizing our extensive knowledge and experience in the wedding cake industry, it would be our pleasure to help you select from our uniquely-designed cakes or help you create your own custom-designed cake.
We work patiently with you to ensure your wedding cake will be the focal point of your wedding day and yet help keep costs within your budget.

Wedding cakes can range from traditional or exotic to amusing. They can be many different flavors and shapes. They can be covered in buttercream, sugar paste or royal icing, just to name a few.

Don't forget the ever-popular groom's cake. It can be embellished with chocolate mousse filling or with Gran Marnier Liquor and raspberry. It can be drizzled with chocolate ribbons and decorated with rich chocolate-dipped strawberries.
