Wedding: July 29, 2017

Ceremony: St. Mary’s Cathedral

Reception: Brazos Hall

Honeymoon: Punta Cana, Dominican Republic

Blaire Kelly was introduced to Andrew Grambley by a sorority sister as a freshman at Texas Christian University, and the two soon began running into one another at Billy Bob’s dance hall. It’s there that they connected, once they realized they’d been in the same kindergarten class. With that, Blaire began planning her routes to class, hoping to run into him each morning. Five years later, he proposed on the pool deck of the J.W. Marriott overlooking the Texas Capitol. Blaire wanted a fairy-tale wedding with a rustic/whimsical feel, relaxed atmosphere and lots of greenery. Following her family tradition, they performed a Czech Grand March before the first dance. Late in the evening, the newlyweds made a faux exit to a horse and carriage while guests waved sparklers; they rode to South Congress and back, then continued the party. Guests danced wearing flashing spectacles and waving LED foam sticks, and the bride and groom joined in wearing LED light-up sneakers.
